CellPlayer™ 96-Well Kinetic Reporter Gene Assay

Reporter gene assays represent one of the most common ways to investigate these pathways and associated transcription factor activity. This application note describes a proof of concept experiment illustrating the utility of the IncuCyte FLR imaging platform for use in a reporter gene assay.
