BRANDplates® inertGrade™ Surface Supports Neurosphere Formation and Maintenance
10 Dec 2014The BrandTech has developed a super hydrophilic surface based on hydrogel. It establishes an isolating water film in aqueous solutions, which strongly suppresses interactions of cells or proteins with the culture plastic. This application note shows that the hydrogel derived inertGrade™ surface efficiently inhibits cell attachment and thereby prevents unintended differentiation processes of neurospheres.
