A decrease in cellular thiols caused by drug-induced apoptosis is easily quantified using the novel vitality assay

19 Nov 2025

In this scientific poster, ChemoMetec presents an assay for determining the level and distribution of thiols in a cell population, utilizing the NucleoCounter® NC-3000™ image cytometer. Additionally demonstrating that a lowered level of cellular thiols correlates with known apoptosis assays.
