Revert Total Protein Stains provide linear, proportional signal across a broad range of sample concentrations. Use these quick, total protein stains to correct for lane-to-lane variation in loading and transfer of target protein in your quantitative Western blot experiments. Normalizing target protein to a total protein stain like Revert 700 or Revert 520 offers greater quantitative data accuracy. Revert Total Protein Stains do not covalently modify your target protein and therefore do not affect its quantitation.
