It is stable under high temperatures and great for IP experiments.
Application Area: Immunoprecipitation of antigens in various fluids
"We use Abcam Protein G Agarose for separating different antigens from human serum specimens by immunoprecipitation. It also works for other fluids and cell culture supernatant. It has a high affinity for binding to human and mouse antibodies. Since it has a high capacity for binding to antibodies, we use a minimal amount of it in each sample. It has a long shelf life. We got reproducible results and continue to buy for our work."
Very high binding capacity (>30 mg IgG/mL) cell culture medium. Minimal leaching of ligand. Suitable for column or batch purification of IgG, immunoprecipitation & ChIP.
