96 well, clear, M bottomed plates.
PrimeSurface® cultureware are ultra low attachment (ULA) dishes and plates that promote scaffold free, self assembly of spheroid formation. The plates are pre-coated with unique ultra hydrophilic polymer which prevents cells from adhering to plastic surface and enables spontaneous spheroid formation of uniform size and shape.
- Promotes uniform size, single spheroid in each well
- Superior optical clarity
- Compatible with brightfield and fluorescent imaging and confocal microscopy.
- For assays such as cell proliferation, cytotoxity, apoptosis
- For drug screening and regenerative medicine
- Sterile, individually packed
Brightfield and Fluorescence Imaging using 3D PrimeSurface Ultra-Low Attachment Microplates
Culturing cells in 3D provides a more a physiologically relevant approach to biomedical research, enabling the study of microenvironmental changes and interactions in health and disease. In this scientific poster, researchers from New Hampshire demonstrate the development of uniform, self-assemblied spheroids using S-BIO PrimeSurface ultra-low attachment cultureware. The PrimeSurface 96 and 384 ULA plates are also suitable for subsequent brightfield and fluorescent imaging of spheroids, illustrated here with the Cytation 5 multi-mode reader.
