The PEPperMAP mapping covers an epitope mapping of one antibody or serum sample against an antigen translated into 15mer linear peptides with a peptide-peptide overlap of 14 amino acids. The service offer includes a corresponding peptide microarray, all immunoassays, control and secondary antibodies, data read-out and evaluation as well as a final report with protocols, experimental details and results.

Antibody epitope mapping
We have mapped our antibody using 20-40 ugs. Service is fast and perfect. Turnaround time is about 5-6 weeks. If the antibody was good, you will receive the sequence of its epitope. Linear mapping is probably somewhat more straightforward than conformational mapping. Clear recommendation!
