It's easy to use, but not many people have taken the plunge for complete use. I tried it with chemiluminescence. It worked well, but the images are a bit fuzzy.

Correlation of Complex Signaling Pathway Interactions with Cell Migration in a Combined Cell Migration-Phosphorylation Assay
This scientific poster from LI-COR Biosciences presents a screening assay that allows simultaneous assessment of cell migration and kinase activity. It is shown that the Oris Cell Migration Assay platform can be successfully used in combination with LI-COR Odyssey and Aerius instruments to obtain multiplexed data on the inhibition of cell migration by different classes of compounds, as well as their effects on intracellular signaling pathway events using the In-Cell Western technique. A better understanding of the mechanisms underlying cell movement and metastasis may facilitate a more efficient means of developing anti-cancer drugs.
Imaging of Agarose Gels with the Odyssey Fc Imager
Applications of the Odyssey Fc Imager, are highlighted in this technical note. With 600 channel capabilities, the instrument can image agarose gels stained with popular DNA stains, such as ethidium bromide and SYBR Safe DNA stain, with sub-nanogram sensitivity. A variety of commercial DNA stains may also be appropriate for fluorescent imaging with the instrument in addition to other nucleic acid binding stains which may also be compatible with the Odyssey Fc Imager.
