The best part of the Agilent InfinityLab LCMSD iQ is the reproducibility of results.

Average Rating 4.0

Application Area:

Small molecule identification and characterization

Simple and easy to use single quad instrument with a great interface. The instrument interface is great, so operating the instrument and analyzing data is quite handy. In addition to UV data we get insight about co-eluting species, therefore it gives lot of confidence about purity and impurities present in the small molecule drug substance and drug products. This instrument has added significant value to our analytical RND capability. I feel this instrument is fairly priced in comparison to competitors.

Liquid chromatography: Tips, tricks & guidance

Liquid chromatography (LC) has transformed the field of analytical chemistry. Long gone are the days when early LC systems relied on gravity to deliver the mobile phase to the column, now superseded by pump technology for which recent advances are striving to cope with the ever-increasing demands of modern high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Add in microprocessor technology for the control of solvent flow rates onto columns and more complex separations can now be achieved.

In this eBook, we look at Agilent Technologies’ products portfolio to help you navigate the increasingly complex landscape of LC. Discover how transformative Agilent’s InfinityLab LC/MSDiQ and Poroshell 120 columns could be to your LC workflow as we cover:

  • LC column selection and sample preparation navigation
  • Working within allowable changes to the U.S. Pharmacopoeia Naproxen sodium tablet method
  • A guide to LC and HPLC autosampler troubleshooting
  • InfinityLab Quick Connect Fittings
