Human ENCODE ChIP-on-chip Microarray

Agilent’s Human ENCODE ChIP-on-chip microarray is designed to identify human DNA binding proteins within the ENCODE regions. The microarray is designed to target ENCODE regions with more than 53,000 validated probes, which are proven to deliver robust hybridization and optimal binding critical to reliable data.
