Great kit. Very easy to use!
16S quantification
I really love this product. It's extremely easy to use. Standards are already diluted, providing consistency between runs and the master mix contains all the components necessary. Product is able to detect very low amount of 16S in samples. Only thing it could improve is the throughput, it would be nice to be able to use it in a 384 well format. Kit is designed for 96-wells.

Great way to control DNA amount in a sample before shotgun sequencing.
