The Countable Matrix reagents kit is critical for generating the clear 3D matrix that isolates single molecules, making target counting simple, direct, and precise.

With the Countable Matrix reagents kit:

  • Create a structured gel that contains over 30 million compartments in a standard PCR tube, expanding the dynamic range to 6-log
  • Enable direct counting of multiplex targets without amplification bias or signal interference with true single-molecule suspensions
  • Image your targets directly in the PCR reaction tube, increasing your analyzable volume per reaction and eliminating the need for hyperwelling or loss of material to microfluidics

The Countable Matrix kit contains 3 x 30 mL bottles with 1X stock of each matrix reagent (PR0001, PR0002, PR0003). Supports up to 192 Countable PCR reactions.
