"The ADAM-CellT automatic cell counter for cGMP products images live and dead cells during measurement to give you a snapshot of the expected cell count. Once the measurement is completed, the cell size protocol, total cell concentration, live cell concentration, dead cell concentration, survival rate and average cell size are calculated and notified. All of this data can be output to PDF, Excel, etc. files. When using this equipment, two types of solutions (T/N solutions) and a chip that can measure up to two types of cells at once are used. Since I tend to be impatient, this happens automatically when the chip enters and exits the equipment, but at this time, it felt slow.
