EVE™ Cell counting slides

I have been using the EVE cell counting slides for quite some time now, and I can honestly say they have made my daily lab routine so much easier. The slides are incredibly simple to handle, and what I appreciate most is the consistency of the results. With other systems I often had the problem of variability between counts, but with EVE slides I can rely on accurate and reproducible data every single time. Especially in combination with Ficoll-based cell separation, they help me to quickly assess my samples without wasting time or material. Another big advantage is the user-friendly design – no unnecessary steps, just load the sample and get reliable results. This saves a huge amount of time when working with multiple samples in parallel. For me, it really feels like the slides were designed with the everyday needs of researchers in mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who values precision, efficiency, and ease of use in cell counting.

We’ve been using the EVE Cell Counting Slides with our Countess 3 Automated Cell Counter (Thermo Fisher), and they work exactly as expected. They’re reliable, easy to use, and consistent. There’s nothing particularly exceptional or innovative about them... they are cell counting slides after all —they just get the job done without issues. Great that these slides are compatible with non-NanoEntek instruments.

The product is good because of its plug and play simplicity which means it does not require cover slips or cleaning and is very ready to use. As they are disposables single use product, they avoid the chances of cross contamination.

Nothing to complain about, they work great and fit well into the EVE Plus system. The trypan blue/cell mixture sometimes doesn't go all the way into the compartment when it's cold but only happens occasionally (cells kept cold before make stocks or before FACS experiments).

Very easy to handle and use this product. It makes cell counting easy and fast. It allows me to examine the cells under a microscope to check for possible infection and the overall condition of the cells. Nothing else to add, just a useful product that is a pleasure to work with.
