If you are going to buy 1, buy 2, so you can still test when the first one goes down.

"Instrument performs well for the analysis we need. Omnian doesn't work as we started having xray tube flashes and that eliminated our use of the Omnian system. We can still use it for calcium determination. They aren't able to supply a loaner system or repair it in a timeframe that doesn't cause us to lose a large amount of capital so our only option is to purchase a second one. The second one is needed so they can repair the first one that started having issues 3 months after install. I love what it has done in terms of reducing our testing time frame and eliminating overtime issues, not loving the customer service or apparent life span of the product. So, if you are going to buy 1, might as well buy 2, so you can still test when the first one goes down."

"It is a very easy piece of equipment to use, with good results according the size, power, and price. Using a keyboard, mouse, and monitor is a must as the angle and size of the touch screen makes it diffucult to use. The representative sales on Argentina needs to be more present and with solutions."

"This equipment make a big improvement to the quality control of the proccess and adds an important economic value to the final product. The analytical improvement was shown when we saw 4 elemental peaks instead of the 1 Peak our previous instrument would give. Improves the speed and productivity of the plant."
