"This cell sorter is a game changer. Before having it, we worked with an older flow cytometer, which was great, but the FACS Aria iii is even better. It is a modern apparatus allowing you to analyse multiple parameters at once with high speed and accuracy. It is very easy to maintain from a hardware point of view. The service we receive from the company in terms of maintenance of the sorter is always amazing. It's totally worth the investment!"

"You know what you're getting with a BD product. Reliable and accurate, however I would suggest that the improvement required would be the software side. It should be more intuitive and flexible. Maybe have a basic version and a more advanced version? I have not had good experience with support for my assay design but I guess that we have to figure it out ourselves."
