Firstly; I'm personally thinking, Axios Fast and its software(SuperQ) are most user friendly device/software interface. As a mid-career user like me, I am totally satisfied with the results which I got from the device. Most importantly, the stability and accuracy of the results have not failed me so far.

XRF Spectrometry
This instrument is the most stable, fast and easy-to-use X-ray fluorescence spectrometer I have ever used. Maintenance interventions are swift. First level maintenance and troubleshooting is easy. Result reproducibility is commendable. It is very safe to use; no risk of emission.

XRF for analysis of ore and refinery products
XRF produces high quality data on some difficult compounds. Quite a bit of upfront development work, but once completed is able to process a vast array of analsyis of different media. Software is easy to use and templates have been made to make life easlier for the user. Service is good (depending on agent but last few have been good) and we generally get by on 1 PM visit per year.

Analyze cement plant material samples
Product is good in terms of results. Some issues related to hardware comes if PM not done by an expert. Spares availability is good.
