The 1290 Infinity II Preparative LC System is designed for the purification laboratory that needs increased daily throughput by offering automated sample injection and fraction collection, smooth control of LC valves, and flexible access to up to four analytical columns and six preparative columns.

Easily exchangeable pump heads enable delivery of flow rates of up to 200 mL/min, making the system ideally suited for both analytical scouting columns and preparative columns with internal diameters between 4.6 and 50 mm.

Features:

  • Preparative LC system with fully automated combined sample injection - fraction collection (supporting 20 mL loop) to increase your daily throughput and maximize your sample purity
  • Highly reliable and robust LC system improves your ability to manage ever-increasing workload demand
  • Easy-to-change pump heads provide dynamic flow range up to 200 mL/min at maximum 600 bar for versatile application within a wide range of preparative workflows
  • Control and organization of valves: Five multipurpose slots provide enhanced organization of valves, fraction delay coils, and Agilent 1290 Infinity II MS Flow Modulator for a significant increase in productivity
  • Integration of all standard collection modes and compatibility to multiple trigger sources provides compatibility to existing purification methods
  • Lowest delay volume to minimize peak dispersion and carry-over for the highest sample recovery and purity
  • Clean software infrastructure through Agilent OpenLab CDS ChemStation for familiar and reliable operation
  • Integrated leak sensor in each module shuts down the whole system, providing additional safety when detecting a leak
