1260 Infinity II Prime Bio LC System is an innovative Bio-compatible and Bio-INERT LC. All the surface of tubes and components that will contact with mobile phase and sample are bio-inert, which means best recovery of biological compounds, esp. nucleotide, oligonucleotide and mRNA. These compounds are headache for LC analysts, normally with peak non-specific adsorption, tailing and low recovery for preparative purposes.

The 1260 Infinity II Prime LC has gradient and mixing performance equivalent to a 1260 binary system, provides quaternary and ternary solvent mixing, and offers functions like intelligent system emulation technology (ISET) for perfect method transfer. BlendAssist enables automatic mobile phase blending by using 1290 Infinity II Flexible Pump technology.
