Evaluation of CAR-T production and CAR-T function
Hello, I am currently working in the immuno-oncology department. In general, cell counting is a part that cannot be overlooked in conducting experiments. ADAM-MC2 is the best product in that area! First of all, I think it's better because it's easy to use with a touch screen and the process of counting cells can be seen in high quality on the screen, so you can compare the results with your eyes. Via T/N solution, it is possible to directly compare live and dead cells. Above all, there are two functions that I like the most: being able to enter information about which cells I am counting, and being able to search at any time as past records remain. I would recommend this product to anyone struggling with cell counting issues.

Analyze PBMCs from patient blood
Overall, the ADAM-MC2 has shown precise counts for cell lines and PBMCs. Debris and irregularly-shaped cells are easy to gate out, and the software is simple for first-time users. By taking a bit more time to set up the viable and non-viable channels, I feel more confident in the accuracy of the results with this cell counter.

Primary cell, cell line counting
It's really easy to run and accurate. Also, much faster than manual counting. It covers primary cell (human, mice etc.) counting which is more difficult than cell line counting. But, sometimes uncomfortable because of narrow range of cell counting compared to manual counting. So we always have to estimate total cell counts for accurate cell counting.
