Good equipment, easy to use but lacks technical and customer support.

"The equipment is easy to use and has a broad spectrum in terms of particle size measurement. Another advantage of the A700 is the repeatability of results and comparatively low maintenance. The side where Entegris (PSS) needs to work on is the customer and technical support once the equipment is sold. Also, bad designing in terms of organic chamber."
