The most easy software for analysis. I only wish I could use it directly in other microscopes that are not from Zeiss. We have some old fluorescence microscopes and the other programs lack the the resources of Zen Lite or are not as easy to find and use.

Interface could be a little simpler to navigate. Conversion from czi to other formats in batch is not easy - it never worked properly for me. Additional graphics (e.g. scale bars, etc.) are good! I often have trouble with the main software (not lite) and errors during image saving.
