Small molecules analysing using Liquid chromatographic - Mass spectroscopic techniques
I'm working as Manager-Bio analytical service in Notrox research Pvt Ltd. I've been in the field of bioanalysis for more than 14 years. I have never seen better columns than Phenomenex synergy columns. Simply start the method development with synergy fusion RP columns and achieve fast and robust method for polar and non polar compounds. Ease of use for a entry level chemist for better understanding of column performance. Rigid and well built even though our chemists accidently drops the columns far from the table to ground without loss of its performance. Reproducibility and repeatability even after 3000 injections is the main strength of using synergy fusion columns provided with good selection of mobile phases and column cleaning. Moreover, these columns are cheap compared to other competitor columns of same column chemistry.
