Excellent balance despite some software user confusion
Metals manufacturing
Balance works well: accurate and stable despite less than perfect weighing conditions. Export of data to a third party LIMS works well. Software could be a little more user friendly, and the door auto-opening sequence could do with some tweaking, or more user options in the menu. Overall an excellent balance, and then add in the price compared to its competitor, and I would recommend to buy again.

User friendliness and 21 cfr compliant

I found Sartorius more seamless and precise compared to its competitor Mettler Toledo or Radwag balances. Its 21 cfr compliant and is more robust with large touch screen which is easier to use/view. The instrument itself is rugged and user friendly. I had a great experience with the weighing pan size provided as taking weight directly in volumetric flask helps reduce error.
