Western Blotting and ELISA
I have been using secondary HRP antibodies from Promega and found them to be very specific and consistent across the different lot numbers. Even at lower concentrations, most of them perform very nicely. I recommend for its accuracy in results (performance), price and product compatibility.

The Anti-Human IgG (H+L), HRP Conjugate, Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), HRP Conjugate and Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), HRP Conjugate antibodies bind to both heavy and light chains for all IgG subclasses. As with all antibodies, in certain applications some species-dependent antigen-dependent cross-reactivity may be observed. The products (unless otherwise noted) are supplied as 1mg/ml solutions.
A starting working dilution of 1:2,500 is suggested for most Western blot, dot blot and ELISA applications. The optimum concentration of secondary antibody depends on the application and will need to be empirically determined.
