For the finest rapid, batchwise comminution of hard to soft grinding material, dry or in suspension, down to colloidal fineness. For mixing and homogenising of emulsions.

The PULVERISETTE 6 classic line is a high-performance Planetary Ball Mill with a single grinding bowl mount and practical, easily adjustable imbalance compensation.

The device is particularly easy to use and has high-energy effects up to 650 rpm. This ensures a constantly high grinding performance with extremely low space requirements for loss-free grinding results even in suspension.

The electronic timer adjustable to one second and the programmable, automated reversing feature ensure precise, consistent reproducibility and grinding of even the smallest samples. At the same time, the PULVERISETTE 6 classic line is ideally suited for mechanical alloying or mixing and perfect homogenising of emulsions and pastes.

From “Boulder” to Nano-Particles

Medium-hard to hard materials with edge lengths up to 95 mm can be pre-crushed with the FRITSCH Jaw Crusher PULVERISETTE 1 so an additional fine comminution with many FRITSCH mills is possible. Particle size and surface area are very important for a number of applications - this application note explains the grinding process and how to optimize your particle size to your application.

FRITSCH PLANETARY MILLS classic line

In Planetary Ball Mills, the comminution of the material to be ground takes place primarily through the high-energy impact of grinding balls in rotating grinding bowls. Planetary Mills of the classic line are all-rounders and are suitable for wet and dry grinding of hard, medium-hard, brittle and fibrous materials.
