Gii-Sens uses our revolutionary Gii properties of a very large electrochemically active surface area, high conductivity and a pure surface to enable high sensitivity, reproducible and cost-effective tests to be developed. Such properties lend Gii-Sens to be able to outperform traditional sensing materials such as gold, carbon, graphene-oxide and compete with costs at commercial volumes.
Gii-Sens enables environmental, chemical and biological laboratory tests to be brought to the point of need.
- No Pre-Treatment Required
- No Activation Required
- Straight to Protocol
- A 25% larger electrochemically active surface area than other graphene-based electrodes
- Gii-Sens redox response outperforms all carbon-based electrodes at all scan rates
- Gii-Sens matches and improves screen-printed gold responsiveness at fast scan rates
Bespoke medical device development and design
Integrated Graphene's in-house, multi-disciplinary team are experienced in the full medical diagnostic device development lifecycle from concept to validation, verification and market introduction. Integrated Graphene deliver full-system design for manufacture (DFM) concepts including: microfluidic systems and disposable medical device design, prototype instrument and manufacturing concepts, fluidic testing and analysis and surface modification of materials (i.e. plasma coatings).
An introductory performance comparison of commercially available premium electrodes
In this application note, Integrated Graphene assesses its Gii-Sens electrode against commercially available premium graphene-based, carbon-based and screen-printed gold electrodes.
Download the full note below to explore how Gii-Sens is designed to deliver accurate, multiplexed point-of-care diagnostic testing in a much shorter timeframe than conventional laboratory testing.
