The 1290 Infinity III Vialsampler combines sample management and column handling in a single autosampler module. The Vialsampler injects from up to 132 standard 2 mL vials and has a pressure rating of 1300 bar.

Options and upgrades are available for sample cooling and heating from 4 to 40 °C. An integrated column compartment is also available as an option or upgrade and provides thermal control to 80 °C for two columns.
