NuAire Laboratory Equipment will be exhibiting during PITTCON 2016 taking place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA from March 7 through 10. PITTCON is a conference and exposition on laboratory science bringing over 14,000 attendees from 90 countries. NuAire will be located at booth 3357 displaying the NuAire line of polypropylene fume hoods and casework, biological safety cabinets, CO2 incubators, and centrifuges.

In every NuAire product you’ll find brilliant but practical design, keen attention to detail in every phase of the fabrication and assembly process, thoroughly tested, outstanding value, and dependable service. These are the foundation for NuAire’s international reputation, and practical reasons why NuAire is universally recognized as the finest. NuAire will also be displaying Haier ultralow temperatures freezers and Hitachi high performance centrifuges. NuAire’s distribution division scours the earth to find products that meets NuAire quality standards and offers them to our customer base.

During the exposition NuAire’s staff will be providing on site product demonstrations as well as providing information on best product practices. Join NuAire at booth 3357 and learn why NuAire is the safer choice for your laboratory.

NuAire will have on display the newly released NuWind general purpose bench top centrifuge. NuWind centrifuges are offered in ventilated and refrigerated configurations. The current line offers 2 liter capacity and speeds reaching 18,000 rpm (30,980 xg). The tool-less rotor removal feature called ClickSpin provides a quick and simple way to remove and install rotors for routine cleaning and/or application changes.

A robust steel outer body shell improves laboratory safety as well as shrinks the overall footprint saving bench space. The InSight electronic control system utilizes touchscreen controls. The touchscreen was designed with easy identifiable icons to improve usability. Visit NuAire booth 3357 to receive a personal demonstration to learn all the NuWind Centrifuge features that can assist your research.

IncubatorsLaboratory incubators are used to provide a stable environment to cultivate and store samples in, giving you optimal control of temperature, humidity, oxygen and CO2 levels. Incubators are necessary equipment for cell culture and microbial research. Control temperature with heated or refrigerated incubators, or the levels of CO2 and oxygen with CO2 incubators. Using environmental chambers, create a humid climate for testing samples. Centrifuges come in three sizes: microcentrifuges, benchtop and floor-standing centrifuges, depending on the volume and number of samples that require separation. When choosing a centrifuge, consider its maximum separation power indicated by its relative centrifugal force (RCF) value. Low force centrifuges reach a maximum RCF of 8,000 g, high-force centrifuges can reach maximum RCF values of 80,000 g. For extremely high forces, consider ultracentrifuges (up to 800,000 g). Refrigerated and vacuum centrifuges also known as concentrators are available for more specialized applications. A range of volumes are available for centrifuge tubes and microfuge tubes, depending on sample sizes. Fume hoods include filtered and ductless fume hoods, general ducted fume hoods, laminar flow cabinets and cabinets for powder weighing. There are three classes of biological safety cabinet, dependent on the level of protection provided. Class I provide personnel and environmental protection, class II provide product, personnel and environmental protection. Class III provide the highest level of protection and are designed for use with high-risk biological agents. Other ventilated workspaces for the laboratory include glove boxes, glove bags, anaerobic and hypoxic workstations. This will prevent deterioration and cross contamination, and improve the accuracy of sample tracking procedures.PittconPittcon is one of the largest conferences and exhibitions dedicated to laboratory science. It brings together professionals and innovators in analytical chemistry, physics, and biology, offering a platform to explore the latest scientific tools and technologies. From cutting-edge laboratory instruments to emerging research trends, Pittcon is a must-attend event for professionals in research and development. Laboratory SafetyLaboratory safety is essential to the effective operation of all laboratories and is required to minimize the risk of harm during experiments. Guidelines, regulations, and equipment should be available in all laboratories to ensure that the working environment is safe and secure.Cooled Incubators
