Markes International has launched a 'live chat' facility on its website, providing visitors with rapid access to Markes' analytical expertise.

The new online chat facility allows website visitors to 'speak'' directly with Markes' experts, simply by typing their message into the on-screen widget.

The live chat feature is staffed by Markes' team of thermal desorption and time-of-flight mass spectrometry specialists in the UK and USA, and enables website visitors to get a quick answer to any question they may have about Markes, its products, or their applications.
