MAGic™Accio PROCESS are our large fully automated magnetic separator systems, made for efficient capture of 1-40 liters of MAGic™Beads magnetic beads from large volumes of complex feedstocks. During the production phase of biopharmaceuticals, large-scale recovery of the product from an unclarified cell-culture is performed in a one-step clarification and purification by using the proprietary designed MAGic™Accio PROCESS units together with our MAGic™Beads. The magnetic separators are capable to capture up to 40 liters of MAGic™Beads at high flow rates making them suitable to process up to kilograms of proteins or antibodies per purification cycle and fully integrated in existing manufacturing workflows.
