Aircuity, creator of measurably better environments, will be highlighting the benefits of its platform for optimizing ventilation in laboratories at the 2018 (International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories) Annual Conference. The event will be held October 14-17, 2018, at the Raleigh Convention Center, in North Carolina and Aircuity is exhibiting at Booth #39. In addition, Aircuity’s founder will be leading a pre-conference training workshop and Aircuity’s CEO will be speaking during a conference session.

Stop by Booth #39 to learn more about how the Aircuity platform which delivers measurable savings and actionable insights. Aircuity is ideal for research laboratory facilities looking to significantly reduce energy costs, monitor space conditions and occupant behavior, and achieve quantifiable savings that can be reinvested in research.

Be sure to join Aircuity at the following two sessions at I2SL:

  • Gordon Sharp, Aircuity chairman and member of the I2SL Board of Directors, will lead a pre-conference training session on October 14th from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. called “Energy-Efficiency Laboratory Design Practices and Technology.” Attendees will learn about a progression of different yet complimentary airside technologies and design practices that can be used individually but are best applied collectively, to significantly and safely reduce ventilation-related energy expenses. Facts and figures will help quantify potential energy savings for regional climates and specific case studies will be presented on relevant projects such as Masdar City in Abu Dhabi and projects within the United States.
  • Dan Diehl, CEO of Aircuity, will speak as part of a laboratory ventilation session on ventilation on October 16th from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. entitled “Next Generation Lab Ventilation Technology Address Key Areas of Business Concern”. Mr. Diehl will describe the technology that allows energy savings to be easily tracked and provide better insight on a lab's indoor environmental quality through analytics that is being used by both EHS and facility managers. Implementing the newly released technology has also allowed universities to address their growing deferred maintenance backlogs. Real world examples will be presented of a university using the analytics to identify IEQ incidents affecting their labs and a case study will be shared showing how another university's project directly reduced their maintenance backlog.

Since its launch in 2000, Aircuity has been the leader in demand control ventilation and indoor environmental quality solutions. The system is implemented in advanced life science and laboratory facilities around the world, including Eli Lilly, Van Andel Institute, Sanford Consortium and in leading research universities.
