Demonstration of Long-Term Culture and In-Plate Staining Protocols Using the CellASIC® ONIX Microfluidic Platform

The ability to analyze cell responses to perturbations over time greatly extends the precision and biological relevance of in vitro studies. This application note demonstrates the long-term culture of multiple cell lines using automated perfusion protocols set up with intuitive CellASIC® ONIX FG Software, comparing the results to those obtained using traditional chambered slides. The results indicate that optimal experimental parameters can vary greatly with respect to the particular cells being cultured.
