A 43-color human immunophenotyping panel incorporating StarBright Dye-conjugated antibodies acquired on a spectral cytometer

In this application note, Bio-Rad demonstrates how using a five-laser Cytek Aurora System, StarBright™ Dyes, and other commonly available fluorophores, a large 43-color in-depth immunophenotyping panel was generated.

StarBright Dyes for Flow Cytometry
Bio-RadStarBright Dyes are new, bright, fluorescent nanoparticles designed for flow cytometry. They have narrow excitation and emission properties to fit into any multicolor flow cytometry panel, and maximal brightness to detect rare populations and low-density antigens. Available conjugated to highly validated flow cytometry antibodies, they work in all buffers, provide consistent staining, can be premixed, and are suitable for conventional or spectral flow cytometry.
