NEW SelectScience® Seals of Quality Help Scientists Select the Best Lab Products

SelectScience is proud to announce the first recipients of the new SelectScience Seal of Quality program, recognizing the products that have consistently received the highest review ratings. This program will further assist scientists in making important purchasing decisions.

The new Seals are assigned to approximately 0.1 % of products on the SelectScience website and are allocated in line with strict criteria based on the quantity of reviews a product has received and the average rating of those reviews. There are four levels of Seals: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze.

The products recognized in this first tranche of Seal of Quality winners are used in vital research right across the scientific spectrum, though just one company — GATC Biotech — has so far attained the highest level of Seal, Platinum.

Among the manufacturers celebrating their new Seal of Quality this month is DeNovix Inc., which scooped two of the new accolades in Gold.
