"Waters empower 2 is the most user friendly software to control and operate the Waters alliance HPLC systems. Maintenance is easy and IQ, OQ and PQ are done by waters and the service provided by them is great. However the upgrade from Empower 2 to empower3 is quite expensive. Six monthly calibrations are very easy. Working with these instruments is easy; the results are accurate and reliable. The after sales services are good. I think they are a good value for money for a start up company." |
