Whole Genome Amplification from Cheek Cells

This application note describes a simple, robust method to amplify genomic DNA from cheek cells using GenomiPhi™ DNA Amplification Kit. The method generates large quantities of genomic DNA that can be used directly in downstream applications such as PCR, and SNP and STR genotyping.
