Unveiling the drivers of inflammatory bowel disease

The rapidly evolving landscape of preclinical inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) research demands innovative approaches to unravel the complex mechanisms underlying the disease. This resource shows how Inotiv is applying a multidisciplinary approach to characterizing preclinical IBD models, using the adoptive T cell transfer (TCT) model as an example. It also covers the use of digital pathology, AI-driven image analysis, global proteomic and spatial transcriptomic analysis, to further investigate the mechanisms behind the disease phenotypes and its therapeutic responses.
