Thin Film Analysis Using the Shimadzu UV-2600 and 5 Degree Relative Specular Reflectance Accessory

This application note demonstrates the ability of the Shimadzu UV-2600 and 5 Degree Relative Specular Reflectance Accessory to measure the thickness of a single coating so long as the refractive index and the incident angle of light are known prior to using the Film Thickness software from Shimadzu.
