This application note presents simple and robust protocols for plant genotyping and transgene detection without the need to purify the DNA before PCR. This saves both time and cost. The Thermo Scientific™ Piko™ Thermal Cycler and UTW PCR vessels were used to obtain optimal results in the minimal amount of time.
