Thermal Ramp Experiments Measure Protein Conformational Stability and Propensity to Aggregate

In this application note, Unchained Labs describes the use of the UNit to conduct thermal ramp experiments, allowing for simultaneous measurement of multiple protein stability-defining parameters. This enables accurate prediction of protein stability and protein-protein interactions in formulations. The UNit can measure up to four samples at once, and acquire additional detailed thermodynamic information by employing spectroscopic techniques.
