Superior Performance of Omni International’s Soil DNA Kit for DNA Extraction from Soil Samples

This application note compares the performance of Omni International's Soil DNA Kit against that of another soil DNA isolation kit produced by a competitor. This goal of this study was to compare performance in terms of DNA yield and quality, amplification potential and sensitivity of detection using real time PCR.
