Sorting of rare SARS-CoV-2-specific B cells
3 Mar 2022In this application note, the MACSQuant® Tyto® is it is used to sort rare antigen-specific B cells with high purities. A combination of pre-enrichment using the REAlease CD19 MicroBead Kit and the MACSQuant Tyto Cartridge HS is used to speed up the sorting process.
