Sorting and cultivation of adult neural stem cells from mice
3 Mar 2022This application note demonstrates a novel approach to purifying neural stem cells (NSCs) from the subventricular zone (SVZ) of wild type mouse brain. The tissue dissociation and cell sorting processes were optimized and automated to isolate viable single NSCs with preserved epitopes.
