Screening of mAb and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) by High-throughput DLS

Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) are important biotherapeutic candidates, however, the addition of the drug and linker often destabilizes the mAb. This application note demonstrates how dynamic light scattering (DLS) with automated well-plate sampling using the DynaPro Plate Reader and DYNAMICS software can be used to monitor the stability of ADCs. This article highlights how DynaPro Plate Reader reduces labour intensity and cost of high-throughput screening of candidates.
