Rapid and Simple Analysis of Dried Blood Spot Samples with a microLC/MS/MS Workflow

16 Jan 2015

The quantitation of drugs and endogenous small molecules in dried blood samples (DBS) is becoming increasingly important and micro-flow liquid chromatography has become a compelling alternative to conventional HPLC for many analyses, given its benefits of low sample consumption, high throughput and low solvent consumption. This poster presents the quantitative analysis of Phosphatidylethanol in DBS as an example. Analysis time was less than 2.5 minutes using a single channel micro LC.
