Probing the aggregation rate of Tau protein with automated DLS and SLS

30 Mar 2020

In this application note, Wyatt Technology describes how batch dynamic and static light scattering, as performed by the DynaPro Plate Reader, can be used to investigate the aggregation of tau proteins associated with neurodegenerative diseases. This technique promises a quick and easy-to-use method for the screening of starting materials, measurement of aggregation rate at the nanometer scale, and the probing of size distributions.
