Planar Imaging of 99mTc Labeled SPECT Probes in Living Mice Using the In-Vivo Xtreme Platform with Radioisotopic Phosphor Screen
28 Apr 2014This application note demonstrates the use of a planar scintigraphic imaging system that incorporates a phosphor screen and CCD camera to detect SPECT radiotracers based on the 99mTc isotope, and provides example images for three radiotracer probes injected into living mice.
