pET Express & Purify: Bacterial Expression & Purification Kits
19 Jul 2015Clontech’s bacterial expression and purification starter kits offer a choice of cloning formats to achieve the highest level of his-tagged protein expression—using pET-based vectors encoding N- or C-terminal 6xHN fusion tags. The kits also supply a choice of immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) resins and buffers to purify the expressed his-tagged proteins. This application note describes how the kit works in different applications.
