This application note describes a method using a high pressure Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-5000+ HPIC™ IC system coupled with Thermo Scientific™ Q Exactive™ HF mass spectrometer for nontargeted profiling and targeted TCA cycle quantitative analysis in oral cell lysates using stable isotope labeled standards as external calibration reference.
